What “from” means.
This is the starting cost for the listed work. The total depends on scope, logic and integrations. Before work starts, we agree the scope, a fixed price and the timeline. New tasks are quoted separately and done only once you approve them.
Three different CRM tasks
Set up an existing CRM
We set up amoCRM, Bitrix24 or HubSpot with the pipeline, fields, tasks and enquiry channels we agree on. We don't build a CRM of our own here. You pay for the service's licence separately.
Connect your CRM
We first check the API, plan and access. Cost depends on data, sync direction, number of systems and migration. A custom connector or changes to the CRM are separate work.
Build a custom CRM
This is a separate project: roles and permissions, deals, reports, interfaces, data storage, integrations and testing. We name the scope, stages and price after reviewing the task. The base CRM module does not cover this.

Scope and features
Sections, pages, screens, products, branches, courses and workflows. Package prices cover the listed scope. Extra features and complex logic add work.
Integrations and data
Number of services, API availability, one-way or two-way sync, migration and data cleanup. We check your systems and access before quoting.
Design and content
Custom design, animation, copy, images and languages. The price includes what your chosen option lists, and everything else goes into the quote.
Timing and approvals
Urgency, ready materials and access, payment provider checks and approval speed. We agree a launch date that accounts for these dependencies.
Service costs are counted separately
Unless the quote says otherwise, development prices don't include buying and renewing the domain, hosting, CRM and other service licences, AI and API usage, payment fees or ad spend. Support, new features and ongoing SEO are quoted separately. Every service you need and its cost is listed in the quote before we start.
Can a website have a fixed price?
Yes. For example, we agree an eight-section website with custom design: the sections, language, content, forms and acceptance criteria. We fix the price for that scope. A different CRM, more pages or new features are quoted and approved separately first.
How do revisions and new tasks work?
Before we start, we write down what you should get, the stages, the payment schedule, how many rounds of edits there are and which devices and browsers we test on. Faults against the brief are fixed on terms agreed in advance. New requests are added only once we've agreed the extra cost and time.
What do SEO and an AI agent include?
Base SEO means technical setup of the agreed pages. It isn't monthly promotion, and we don't promise a particular search position. For an AI agent we agree the channel, knowledge base, actions, limits and how it hands hard questions to a person. More channels, tools and workflows are quoted separately.
Is the calculator a final quote?
The calculator is a guide for typical scope. Its range does not cap the cost of custom integrations, a bespoke CRM, large catalogues or complex logic. We confirm the quote and timeline after reviewing the task and systems.
