Privacy policy
Version of 1 October 2026
This page explains what data the CODERAI website collects, why, and how we handle it. The policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
Data controller
The personal data operator is Lubsanov Buyan Sengeevich, a self-employed individual (Russian professional income tax payer), taxpayer ID (INN) 032305521787. For any questions about your data, contact us: luubuyan@gmail.com.
What we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name, a contact (Telegram username, phone number or email), business sector, the services you selected, your comment and the page language. The enquiry also includes its page, source and selected service option.
- Technical data: your IP address is used only as a SHA-256 hash to protect the form from spam (no more than 5 enquiries per 10 minutes) and is kept for no longer than 10 minutes. The hosting provider may keep technical request logs: IP address, browser, time of the request.
- Web analytics data, but only if Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica is enabled on the website (see the cookie section).
- We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include unnecessary details in your comment.
Why
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your task.
- To prepare a proposal and to conclude and perform a contract, if you wish.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
- To understand from anonymous statistics which parts of the website are useful (if analytics is enabled).
Legal basis
We process data based on the consent you give by submitting the form, and in order to conclude and perform a contract to which you are or wish to become a party (Article 6(1)(1) and 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ).
How data is transferred
Enquiries are not stored in a website database. The text of an enquiry is sent to CODERAI’s work chat in Telegram via the Telegram Bot API and, if an email copy is enabled, to our work email via Resend. Spam protection may use Upstash, which receives only the hash of your IP address.
These services process data on our behalf. Their servers may be located outside Russia, in which case the data is transferred across borders. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Retention
We keep correspondence about an enquiry while we are in contact with you or working under a contract, and for no longer than 3 years after your last message; then we delete it. If you withdraw your consent, we will delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer. The IP address hash is deleted automatically after 10 minutes.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself does not set cookies. If web analytics (Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica) is enabled, these services use their own cookies for anonymous visit statistics. We only send them events such as “button clicked” and “enquiry submitted”, never your name, contact or message. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Analytics is switched on only after you agree in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You can find out what data of yours we process, ask us to correct, block or delete it, withdraw your consent, and appeal against our actions to Roskomnadzor or in court. To do so, contact us: luubuyan@gmail.com and we will reply within 10 working days.
Security
The website runs over HTTPS. Only the staff who handle enquiries have access to the work chat and email. Service keys are stored in the hosting provider’s protected settings, not in the website code.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
